"My son was looking to trade his truck for car to get better mileage. We had spent the whole day running from one dealer to another. He had just about decided to give up. We where on way home which was 100+ miles away and it was late Sat. afternoon. We just happened to be goingwest on Machester when he saw Jay Wolfe's sign. My son said he might as well check this on out too. I am so glad we did! I have dealt with a number of dealer before, but let me tell you this was the most pleasant experience I have ever had. Everyone was so helpful and honest with us I just could not believe it. It was also the first time that we didn't have to listen to a line of bull before we got down to business. There wasn't the usual five or six trips back to talk to the manager to see if we could deal. Of course we did deal that very day. And I myself will be going to Jay Wolfe's to trade my 4Runner in on a new one. I'm actually looking forward to it.. If you want a dealership that is in the business of actually doing the deal," LOOK NO FURTHER'!!! Give these guys chance you will not be sorry. "I have purchased two cars from Jay Wolfe, a 2007 Camry and a 2010 Corollas, both were pleasant experiences. The salesman (Uther) was friendly and informative. They did not have the color that I was looking for with a sunroof so he called around and found one by the next day. They worked with me on the price and financing 0%. All in all a great experience. By the way each time I have brought my Camry in for service, they have bent over backwards to take care of me. GREAT JOB!!! Pros: Friendly, price and service."

"I have never felt compelled enough to call or write a letter of recommendation before. I have just been blown away by my experience with Jay Wolfe Toyota of West County. I own an '07 Camry. Recently I was in St. Louis on business. When I went out to my car, it would not start. I called the roadside assistance number for Toyota. When the tow-truck got there he could not get into the parking garage! After several minutes of panicking I decided to call Toyota of West County, think they close around 6:00, so I was panicking that I was stuck for the night. They drove out, diagnosed my car on the spot, and got me on the road that night. It turned out not to be a big deal with the car. But then what really blew me away was when I asked Rob what I owed him, he told me NOTHING! Here's a guy that came by on his way home to help me on his time. I have just never had such an experience. And I have to say, I wouldn't do that kind of thing myself. So now you know what compelled me to write my first review, good or bad. Thanks Rob! p.s. I called your boss and told him that you deserve a raise!"
